Background

Vietjet Air was the first private Vietnamese airline to specialize in the low-cost aviation segment. Vietjet Air has been a people-centered brand since its launch, and putting its customer at the core of its business has always been its philosophy.

Objective

Inspired by the ideals of a new-generation, low-cost airline targeting the young and dynamic, we developed Vietjet Air’s Brand Identity based on the traits of joyous, imaginative and inspiring. In line with these characteristics, a logotype in uniquely drawn letterforms and no formal symbol was created for a friendly appearance and maximum impact on the aircraft and other brand communications. The bright-red color with yellow accents and other core identity elements were also selected to reflect Vietjet Air’s business goal of inspiring customers and making them happy.

Action and Result

We worked with Vietjet Air to bring its brand to life through brand design and seasonal campaigns, and to capture the essence of the brand through photography.
