Background

Diamond Island is a project of Kusto Home, a member of Kusto Group, a private international diversified investment company. At the time, Diamond Island was positioned as a five-star standard project, which was an unfamiliar term to most consumers. As a result, sales were limited.

Objective

Diamond Island wanted a rebrand in order to bridge the distance between the brand and its customers. We were tasked with designing marketing collaterals to envision the new direction that focused on the emotional values of Diamond Island beyond the spectacular features of the development. Diamond Island’s strategy for getting closer to its customers took a three-pronged approach: close to nature, safety for children, and fit for generations of the family.

Action and Result

Our task was to renovate the Diamond Island Brand Identity, under the big concept of a ‘resort at your doorstep’ family destination. We helped Diamond Island to become more connected to its target customers using the key message ‘Family Island', built for families of all generations. This was an important change in the development direction of Diamond Island.
